Condolence From: Robert and Sue Williams
Condolence: Dear Pat and Tim, Our hearts break for your loss. No words can bring comfort or make sense of why things like this happen. Still we have faith that someday we will all be reunited with our loved ones that have gone before us. That is the thought that gave us strength when we went through the loss of our daughter four years ago. Please know we will uphold you in thought and prayer. Rob and Sue Williams

Condolence From: Sue Vann
Condolence: Ohhh...Jack, where do I begin? It is with a deeply saddened heart, that I am saying goodbye to you. I am glad that I had an opportunity to talk with you in the hospital. I have spent the past week, remembering teachers meetings, soccer games, confirmation, Florida vacations, making your lunches and running you down the laneway, family gatherings and birthdays, the times you visited me at work to chat over coffee...and you had to show me your first bright yellow car! I remember you up in the tree house when you were mad at the world...but when you smelled food cooking, you were the first in the kitchen. I have so many treasured memories of you...and I will always love you Jack. You have the wind beneath your wings now...sky's the limit!

Condolence From: Susie Koenderink
Condolence: Perhaps they are not stars in the sky, but rather openings where our loved ones shine down to let us know they're watching over us." May God bless your family and friends as they journey on without you. As they look to the sky may they feel your warm touch in the sun, have loving memories return hidden in the clouds, see your smile in the moon and watch your eyes sparkle in the stars. We have all been given the gift of knowing and loving Jack and in return we will grace the lives of so many people we meet along the way with some of the wisdom he is passed along to us. In this way he will live on in our hearts. Live, Love, laugh, I shall always remember your smile and laughter and how it warmed the room but most of all it warmed our hearts. How lucky we were to have had you in our lives. Rest in Peace our young friend. Jack, you are only a Heat beat away. We are so very sorry, our thoughts and prayers are with the Brown and Follings families. Love Susie and Ron Koenderink

Condolence: Pat, I only met Jack once while we were having dinner together. He was such a character even during that meeting! I feel like I knew him because of all you had shared about him, your love and pride in the boy and man he was. Jack was an amazing, brave, funny, and loving person. Hold those experiences and good memories close to your heart especially when grief and loss press in. We are all so blessed that Jack was here on this earth because he made it a better place. Condolence From: Melanie Saunders
Condolence: My deepest condolences to all of Jacks family. What a sad part of your life’s journeys to lose such a sweet guy. Jack was also part of our Costco family and all of us who worked with Jack loved him. His crazy smile, good humour, friendly wave...always willing to help others...we couldn’t help but love this kid! Although many of us have retired, moved on, changed buildings...the group that worked at Kitchener 512 had a special bond and Jack was part of that. I pray your memories bring you comfort and you find peace in the joy he brought others.
