McChesney, Beatrice “Bea” (nee Bragg)
Aug 5, 1930 – March 30, 2024
Peacefully at Brantford General Hospital Palliative Care Unit. Beloved wife to the late John McChesney (1992); sadly missed by Sandra Hanna (Doug) and Colin (Bonni) and granddaughter Kate Williams (Cameron). Predeceased by parents Harold (Pluggy) Bragg and Jessie (Raycraft) and a Brother Harold Jr.
Bea was born and raised and lived most of her life in Paris, ON. After graduating PDHS, she worked for many years at the Bell Telephone Co. as an operator, in the credit department of the Right House in Brantford and for the Holstein Breeders Association of Canada. She was an active member of St. Paul’s United Church, Paris Library Archive Collection, Paris Curling Club and always had time for anyone to have a chat, a game of cards or specially a shopping trip! Known for her friendliness, caring, wit and impeccable dress.

Cremation has taken place with interment Paris Cemetery.
