Passed away, at Brantford General Hospital on Thursday September 17, 2020 at the age of 38 years.
Constance was an inspiration and will be sadly missed by her family, extended family and many dear friends. Constance showed to all that living with a disability could be done with dignity and a sense of purpose and power and became an enlightenment to anyone who had a chance to get to know her.
Cremation has taken place. Honoring Constance’s personal requests no funeral services will be held.
Donations to the Landsdowne Centre, Easter Seals or to the Sunshine Foundation would be appreciated.
