HOARD – Elizabeth (Betty) (nee Neill)

On Sunday, May 5, 2013, in her 89th year, Elizabeth (Betty) Hoard passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at Park Lane Terrace, Paris. Predeceased by her loving husband George on July 16, 2002. Much loved father of Stuart Hoard (Ann) of Drumbo and Janis (Ron Murray) of Brantford. Cherished Grandma of Jenny Becker (David) of Brantford; Trevor Hoard (Lori), Drumbo; Krista Cadwell (Colin) of Paris and Ian Murray (Christine) of Ingersoll. “Great Hoard” of Jessica and Aleaha Becker; Bennett, Camden and Reid Cadwell and Maya Hoard. Loving Sister of Barbara Kerr of Brantford. Predeceased by several brothers in law and sisters in law. Betty was a devoted Mother, Grandmother and “Great Hoard”, a kind and gentle lady who seldom had a bad word to say about anyone. To Mom’s Caregivers and fellow residents of Park Lane Terrace, you truly were a second family to Mom. Your care and companionship were exceptional in every way. You are an amazing group of people and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. As per Mom’s wishes a private family service will be held, with arrangements being entrusted to Wm.
