Gilchrist, Evelyn W. (nee McLeod) Peacefully, at Brantford General Hospital,on Friday July 16, 2010, a longtime resident of Paris, in her 95th year. Beloved wife to the late Peter (1996); loved mother to Bill (Kathleen) of Paris, and the late Victoria; cherished grandmother to Allison Prowse and Great grandma to Jordan and Christian, dear sister to Doris Goodwin. Predeceased by her brother Gordon and sister Lorna. Friends may call at the Wm. Kipp Funeral Home, 184 Grand River St. N. Paris on Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Funeral Services in the funeral home chapel on Monday at 11:00 AM with Father Stephen Hendry of St. James Anglican Church officiating. Interment later Paris Cemetery.
