Fred passed peacefully at Brantford General Hospital on Wednesday December 7, 2022. He was a lifelong resident of Paris.
He was a caring, loving partner of Fran (nee Kempert) for over 75 years. Fred will be fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, cousins, their children, and his friends.
Fred was a long-time member of St. John’s Masonic Lodge No. 82. He enjoyed being out of doors camping with Fran or hunting and fishing. He was a very talented woodworker and was proud that he had built all four of their houses. Fred was a member of Paris Presbyterian Church.
Fred was a modest man with a quiet but strong compassion for others, unfailing integrity, and a deep love of family.
Cremation has taken place. Fred will be interred in Paris Cemetery.
