George passed away at home, on Friday December 16, 2022, at the farm where he lived his entire life in North Dumfries.
He was the eldest son of this late parents Wm. Cornell and Jean Rutherford. He is survived by his brothers, Maurice and Lorraine Rutherford and John and Linda Rutherford, and their children Eric, Kyle and Stefanie (Rutherford) Berdan.
As he wished, there will be no service. Cremation followed by interment Mount View Cemetery Cambridge.
