BOULTBEE - Gordon
Peacefully, at Brantford General Hospital on Sunday March 6, 2011; Gordon Alfred Boultbee a lifelong resident of Paris, in his 89th year. Gordon was the last chairman of the Paris Board of Education. He also served on the Paris Planning Board, Library Board and several community groups in the Paris area. He attended St. James Anglican Church serving as Peoples and Rector's Warden. He retired from Bell Canada after many years of service. Beloved husband of Elsie (nee Finnemore); loved father of Jane and her husband Gerry Hooker of Cambridge and Paul and his wife Glynis Wilson Boutlbee of Red Deer, Alberta. predeceased by his mother Grace and a sister Constance Boultbee (2000). Friends may call at the Wm. Kipp Funeral Home, 184 Grand River St. N. Paris on Wednesday March 9, 2011 for Memorial Visitation from 6-8 PM. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday at St. James Anglican Church (8 Burwell St. Paris) on at 1:00 PM with Father Stephen Hendry officiating. Interment Paris Cemetery.
