Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family, on Monday March 30, 2020, of St. George, in his 63rd year.
Beloved husband to Mary (nee Allison-Blayney); loved dad to Steve (Katerina) and Sammy (Kris); cherished grandpa to Evalina; dear brother to Lexie (Elsie), Robin (Edith), Norrie (Margaret), Eileen (the late Sammy), Adeline (Thomas), the late Marita (Ivan) and Sandra (Peter) and brother in law to Margaret (Sammy), William (Mary), Ann (the late William), James (Denise) and Anne (Eamonn). Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his parents Norman and Louise.
Ivan worked at Galer Farm Equipment for 38 years, who treated him like family. Your support through the years, and in particular during this difficult time, has been greatly appreciated.
A special thank you to Mark and Eileen for all the extra help. We couldn’t have done it without you.
Also thank you to Karen, and all the VON nurses who took such good care of Ivan, and to his PSW’s Leigha and Karen.
Thanks also to all the family, friends, and neighbours for all the visits, food and hugs. It brings us great comfort to know that we have your support.
Thank you to Stedman Hospice for the support while we were there.
A Private family service will be held at Wm. Kipp Funeral Home.
