Suddenly, at Hamilton General Hospital, on Wednesday September 19, 2018, of Paris, in his 67th year.
Beloved husband to the late Linda (nee Mackie -2017); loved dad to Jonah (Kat), Aaron, Jeff Mackie, John Farkas (Tessa) and Caroline Farkas; cherished “Grandpa Doug” to Alan, Hayden and Charlotte; much loved son to Dr. John T. Hazlewood (Lynn) and the late Audrey; dear brother to Don (Angela), Debbie Hotson (Geoff). Also survived by members of Linda’s family and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the Wm. Kipp Funeral Home, 184 Grand River St. N. Paris on Friday September 28, 2018 from 7-9PM. Funeral Services will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday September 29, 2018 at 11:00 AM. Family Inurnment Paris Cemetery.
