Life Story for Kathleen Teresa "Kay" Newstead (McDonald)

Peacefully, after a lengthy illness at Hardy Terrace Retirement Home, on Wednesday August 27, 2008, a longtime resident of Paris, in her 86th year.
Kay was a former "lunchmother" at Sacred Heart School for many years and was an avid bingo player.
Beloved wife to Lloyd; loved mom to Larry (Margaret), Teresa Mahon (Wes), Paul (friend Elaine), David (Betty), Nancy Newstead (Al Beal) and John (Connie); cherished grandma to Sherri (Doug), Cliff, Teri, Patrick, Shelley (Patrick), Jeff (Dawn) Rebecca (Marcel) and Jennifer (Adam); and great grandma to Cassi, Drake, Brydan, Claire, Emma, Katie and Maia; dear sister to Mary Eley (the late Josh), Jean McDonald, and Ethel "Ted" McDonald. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, John and Ethel McDonald, 6 brothers, 3 sisters and 1 grandson in infancy.
A private family service was held. Cremation followed. Donations to Heart and Stroke Foundation or Multiple Sclerosis Society would be appreciated
