Brooks, Laura Josephine (nee Daniels)
Peacefully, at Brantford General Hospital, on Monday September 7, 2009, of Paris and formerly of Jerseyville, in her 93rd year.
Beloved wife of the late John H. Brooks (2001); loved mother to Scott (Nikki) of Jerseyville, Carol Jones (Dr. Lawrie) of Guelph, and Rosemary Henry (Allan) of Perkinsfield; Cherished grandmother to 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Also surivived by several nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place.
Friends may call at the Wm. Kipp Funeral Home, 184 Grand River St. N. Paris, on Friday 7-9 PM for memorial visitation. A memorial service will be held at Jerseyville United Church on Saturday at 11:00 AM. Interment Zion Hill Cemetery. Donations to Jerseyville United Church would be appreciated.
