Wood, Margaret Catherine (formerly Moore – nee Mosher)
Peacefully, at home, on Friday February 25, 2022, of Brantford and formerly of Paris, in her 104th year.
Margaret was a retired employee of Kmart Canada and at the age of 95 she wrote and published a book about her life called “A Sentimental Journey”.
Beloved wife to the late Norman Moore and the late Gord Wood; loved mom to Norma Lockey (Bob), Jim Moore, and the late Nancy Campbell; cherished grandma to Brad Lockey, Wendy Bouchard, Tracey Campbell, the late Steven Campbell, Kim Okraszewski (Dan), and Dave Moore; she will be missed by several great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. She is survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, Ernest and Ella Mosher, a brother Cyril Mosher and a sister Ethel Moore.
Cremation has taken place. A Family Service will be held at a later date. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
