To the Family, I didn't know who to address this to since I seem to know so many of you Ruttans. I'm sorry to hear of the loss of Mary. I will always remember how many neckers she made for the 1st Paris Scout Troop...... she must have made hundreds of them over the years. She did this out of pure kindness with hardly ever a thanks or reward. This is the truest definition of community service and exemplifies what her sons Bob and Marty passed on to us and is something that I will pass on to my sons. I will always keep my 1st Paris necker as a reminder of how I should treat my fellow man. Thank you Mary.
