BOAKES, Morris Herbert –
Unexpectedly, at Muskoka Algonquin Health Centre, Huntsville, on Wednesday September 17, 2014, in his 75th year.
Morris was the former owner of Boakes Autobody and Towing, he was a longtime resident of Paris, and the “Near North”. He enjoyed yearly fishing trips with his lifelong friends.
Beloved husband to Pauline (nee Sibbick); loved father to Don (Mary Grantz), Debbie (Ace Rosebrugh), Sue (Joe Fazekas), and Kim (Rod Reeves); cherished grandfather to Adam (Gina) , Dallas (Jacquie), and Christopher (Taylor) Boakes, Jack (Katie), Josh (Alysa) and Justin (Courtney) Keeton, and Jamie Boakes-Reeves; and great grandfather to Brenna and Jase Keeton; dear brother to Ron (June) and brother in-law to Ken (Mae) Sibbick, and Ralph Sibbick; he is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Wm. Kipp Funeral Home, 184 Grand River St. N. Paris on Sunday September 21, 2014 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Funeral Services will be held in the funeral home chapel on Monday at 11:00 AM. Interment Pioneer Cemetery, Burford.
