Beloved brother to Ron, Linda and Cindy Lowes (Bob); dear uncle to Ryan and Chris. Predeceased by his parents Gerry and Flora.
Friends may call at the Wm. Kipp Funeral Home, 184 Grand River St. N. Paris on Saturday November 2nd 2019 from 10-11 AM. Funeral Service will follow in the funeral home chapel at 11:00 AM. Interment following cremation St. Jude’s Cemetery Oakville.
