WHITE, Percy M.
Peacefully at University Hospital on February 20, 2010. Percy Mack White of London in his 90th year.
Loving husband and best friend of Helen (nee Carr) for 64 years. Proud father of Ronald, Janice (Ron Fox), Bruce (Gayle), and Neil (Lorraine). Cherished grandfather of April, Andy, Amy, Shannon, Adam, and stepgrandfather of Lindsay, Chris, and Paul. Adored great-grandfather of Carson, Griffen, Sophie, Alexis, Ainsley, and Addison. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Dear son of the late Ernest and Emma White of Stirling. Predeceased by brothers Wilmot, John, Lorne, Harold, and Ray, and sisters Elda and Marguerite. Dearly missed by sister-in-law Doreen and husband David Shiels of Brantford and brother-in-law Glenn Carr and wife Mary of Paris. Missed by special feline friend Lucky. Percy was proud to have served in the RCAF in WWll from 1941 to 1946 where he met and married (June 23, 1945) Helen in Paris Ontario. For many years he managed Vaisler’s Ltd. clothing stores in Brantford and London. Friends will be received on Monday, February 22nd from 2-4 and 7-9 at Siloam United Church, 1240 Fanshawe Park Rd E. London. The funeral service will be held at the Wm. Kipp Funeral Home, 184 Grand River North, Paris on Tuesday, February 23rd at 1:30 pm. Interment Paris Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy donations to the Siloam United Church or the London Humane Society would be greatly appreciated by the family
