Crosby, Shirley (nee Chesney)
Peacefully, at Brantford General Hospital on Tuesday August 2, 2022, of Paris and formerly of Princeton, in her 88th year.
Beloved wife to the late William “Bill” (2022); loved mom to Kathy Givens (Johnny), Randy (Peggy) and Sue Kalmar (John); cherished grandma to Jennifer Givens (Jesse Huisman), Jonathan Givens, Lucas Crosby (Kelli Thompson), Joshua Crosby and several granddogs; Dear sister to Helen Murray (the late Reg) and sister in law to Marg Gawley (Bill) and the late Jerry Crosby. Also survived by nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by parents, Fred and Eva Chesney; a sister Jean Shoemaker (Earle) and a brother Earl Chesney (Katherine).
Cremation has taken place. Friends may call at the Wm. Kipp Funeral Home, 184 Grand River St. N, Paris on Friday 4-7 PM. Memorial Service to follow in the Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday at 11:00 AM. Interment later Princeton Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, Donations to Friends of Princeton Park or Princeton United Church would be appreciated.
