I am heart broken to hear of Bill's passing. Bill was a wonderful man, I had some very interesting talks with him about Petawawa and the military. He was a wonderful neighbour, a great friend and someone I truly respected and loved. Bill will never be forgotten.
Rest in Peace Bill.
