Grandad 

I have love of animals because of you. I have dedicated my life to animals, bugs and fish from learning and enjoying your reactions when i was young. i used to find intrest in the tiniest bugs and used to collect all types of our natural spieces of animals to have on hand for your visits. i have worked for many years in pet stores and have read every natioal geographic you have ever had.  i wanted to show you all the animals i could so you could feel somewhat at home.  The stories you told me of your life in africa, as a boy i wanted you to feel at  home again.  All the books i have read. all the exotic fish i have had opportunity to hand feed, all the sharks i have swam with. No experience of animals has been the same as when you taught me about antlions.  Never in my dreams would i have thought to look but you opened my eyes to a whole new world.  I will continue to learn catch and enjoy animals the way i do because of you Grandad.
