I met Uncle Adam a few years ago at Hilda's house and it didn't take me long to figure out how much he liked his sweets.

I like to bake with healthy ingredients so I wasn't sure if Uncle Adam would enjoy my cookies but I whipped him up some anyway.  Before long he worked his charm and had me baking his very own cookies! I'll never forget the ear to ear smile on his face and the feeling of his big wet kisses whenever I dropped off some goodies for him.

It makes me laugh when I picture Uncle Adam holding on tightly to his box of cookies instead of leaving them on the table to share with everyone. It meant that much more knowing how tightly he held on to those cookies like a prize possession.
