Unfortunately, we only got to know Art while he was a resident of Park Lane as he was a close neighbour to our Mom. For many years we could count on Art being in the hallway, almost like an unofficial greeter with a very pleasant "hello". Always so well groomed, and often with his sweater on, he acknowledged those who went by him with a smile. It does not feel the same on Twin River without Art being there. We remember Art fondly and we send our condolences to his family.
Sincerely, Marian and Frank O'Connor
