LOMAS – Chester
Peacefully at Stedman Community Hospice, Brantford on Tuesday, June 12, 2012; Chester Wayne Lomas of Paris in his 68th year; survived by daughter Lisa, son Christopher (Joyce Borman), grandson Cody, best friend and companion Marge Fraser; and sisters and brothers, Carol (Larry) Hutchinson, Walter (Dianna), Donna Lacroix, Rosemary Murray (Jim), Stanley (Vickie) and Eva (Paul); predeceased by father Chester (1995), mother Elizabeth (Forbes) (1996) and sister Shirley Detzler (2007). Chester will also be dearly missed by many nieces and nephews. He was a longtime employee of WABCO and A.F.I. He loved playing guitar, singing, making people laugh, listening to country music and taking long walks. His love of family will live on in their hearts always. Friends will be received at the Wm. KIPP FUNERAL HOME, 184 Grand River Street North, Paris on Monday, June 18 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. At Chester’s request, cremation will be followed by interment in Glen Morris Cemetery.
