Condolence From: Corinne Chessell
Condolence: Brad, Cecila and Sophia, thinking of you and your family at this difficult time. So sorry to hear about the loss of your wife/Mom. Mrs. Diebold was my grade 6 teacher at Southridge who inspired me to become a teacher! She went above and beyond as a teacher and I won't forget the day she wore her long hair in pippy long stocking pigtails using coat hangers for halloween! Our class thought it was the coolest thing :) She will be missed greatly. Love Corinne

Condolence: Partnering with Cindy was one of the many joys of my time at Cedar Creek School. Hard-working and committed, she always had time to listen, share her expertise and, of course, have a good laugh now and then. I feel very privileged to have had those years working closely with her and to have so many wonderful memories of our time together.
Cindy's turn at "Friday treat day" was a highlight for all as she appealed to our senses with her famous, delicious sticky buns. Such a delight!
Our adventures with the grade 6 camping trip and our eventful year-end excursions were highlights, to name just a few.
I will cherish my memories of you, Cindy. Rest in peace.

Cindy's spirit will live on through all of the lives she influenced. A beautiful person who we were privileged to know.

Condolence: My thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends of Cindy. I remember Cindy from high school. She was a very caring person with a warm smile. She still had that warm smile many years later when I saw her at Cedar Creek School which my son now attends.

Condolence From: Cambridge Ringette U19AA Team
Condolence: We know that no words can help ease the pain and loss that you are feeling. It is our hope that the love and respect of the people around you will help you through your grief. You can count on us for anything you need. Cindy was an unwavering presence throughout our many years together as part of this Ringette team. She believed that Ringette was a unique sport ā€“ a game of unparalleled speed, finesse and passion. She encouraged her daughters not only to strive for personal excellence but imparted in them the importance of perseverance, good conduct and fair play. We will remember her smiles and shouts of encouragement from the stands. She will be missed and we are better people for knowing her. Lean on your friends for strength, and always remember how much you are cared about.
