Condolence: I'm super sorry that you lost your wife or mother so young. I was shocked by the news and always remember her fondly seeing her in Ayr. I hope you're happy for the time you had her and will let her live in your hearts forever!

Condolence: Darlene and I became friends over the years of handling claims together and she was always cheerful and one of the most pleasant professionals to deal with. She reached out to me recently in my time of need and I wish to extend this onto you her family that she spoke of fondly often. She will be truely missed but never forgotten. Condolence: I met Darlene many years ago when we were both attending claims seminars at the offices of the Ontario Mutual Insurance Association. She was such a friendly, warm person and I am so sorry to hear of her passing. My sincere sympathy goes out to her family.
