Dear Joanne and Family, My deepest condolences to all of you on Dave's passing. He was a fantastic person, and I will always remember him with affection. He brought so much love and fun to life, and serves as an example to all of us. His love of sport, life, family and fun was truly inspirational. So many laughs over the years (many at his expense), and most recently, Saleem and I were able to enjoy his wonderful sense of humour and fun at Ron and Mom's house.
