It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing on Wednesday March 21, 2007 at Albright Manor, Beamsville, of our beloved mother, Dorothy Margaret McCrow of Paris; in her 86th year. Wife of the late Henry Stuart Nelles. She will be lovingly remembered by her children Henry Vivian and his wife Diane of Toronto; Cynthia and her husband Neil O'Donnell of Fort McMurray, Alberta; Robert and his wife Teresa of Airdrie, Alberta; Frances and her husband Cameron Chesney of Grimsby; Annie and her husband Tim Whitley of London. Cherished and devoted grandmother of Jennifer and Geoffrey Nelles, Sarah and her husband Daniel Melvin, Sanford and Susan O'Donnell, Daniel and his wife Shannon, Michael Nelles, Patrick and Mary Chesney and Andrew Whitley. Great grandmother of Alexander Melvin and Maddox Nelles. She is survived by her sister Marjorie McCorkindale and pre-deceased by her sister-in-law Laurel Hall, both of Paris. Dorothy will be missed by her many nieces, nephews and friends of all ages. She was predeceased by her parents Mary Isobel Oliver and John Virture McCrow, brothers Robert, William and Vivian McCow and by her sister Frances Granton. Dorothy was born on March 30, 1921 in Paris, Ontario and grew up on the Keg Lane Family Farm. She enjoyed her home and family and took an active interest in politics, antiques, knitting, church and fair work. She was a trained vocal soloist and took great pleasure from music her entire life.

Friends may call at the Wm. Kipp Funeral Home, 184 Grand River St. Paris on Monday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Funeral Services will be held in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday at 11:00 AM with Rev.
