Surrounded by family after a lengthy battle with cancer Elaine in her 69 yr passed away peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital Palliative Care Unit, on Wednesday May 13, 2015,
Survived by beloved husband of over 50 yrs Earl Love; daughter Sandy Winn husband Ken; grandson Dale Winn; Most loving and caring Daughter to Irene King; loving sister to Donna King, husband Paul , and caring Aunt to Erica and Cassie King.
She will be greatly missed by many life long friends, Dave Corniel , Lynda Sayles, Dolores Raycraft, Gloria Ingram and many more neighbors and family friends.
Elaine was a long time employee of Dura where she earned a living as Ontario's first woman Tool and Die maker. She enjoyed fishing, camping, volunteering at the local church she attended, and helping out their Scout and Cub troop,
She enjoyed Holiday times, Halloween was one of her favorites as she loved carving pumpkins and the out door decorations , the spookier the better. Christmas was also very special to her, as she couldn't wait to see how big the next Christmas tree we would bring her and how much furniture we would have to displace to fit it in
Family and friends can join us for visitation on Saturday May 23/15, from 10 until 12 , then Rev. Larry Brown officiating at noon.
