Manley, Elsie Jean “Scot” (nee Black) - Passed away peacefully on Thursday February 25, 2016 at Telfer Place, Paris, Ontario at the age of 95 years.
Beloved wife of the late Arthur Earl Manley (2009); Elsie will be lovingly remembered by her son David (Dominique) Manley, her daughter Bette Gooding, her grandchildren Axelle, Catherine (Gerry), Johanna and Stephen and her great-grandchildren Mackenzie, Dylan, Jenna, and Scarlette as well as many nieces and nephews. Elsie was predeceased by her brother John Black and his wife Theresa, her sister, Mildred “Mickey” Gall and her husband Robert.

Cremation has taken place and a private memorial service will be held at a later date.
