To the Gurney family, especially the brothers of Llolyn Jerseys I lost my mother many years ago, much younger than yours of course, but no matter what age we are when it happens, it is a life changing event and difficult to be prepared. While I do not clearly remember your mother, by knowing all of you I know she is a special person and it is only her due that she will be missed (and remembered) by all of you and many others. Llolyn Jerseys played a valuable role in our Jersey herd personally, and have a positive reputation across Michigan. That rarely happens unless there is integrity in the "human" as well as in the cattle "genes". You can take pride in this, it was earned. My personal as well as our club's condolences go out to you at this time and our wishes that the grieving will quickly be supplanted by fond memories. Greg Palen
