Peacefully, after a lengthy illness, at Brantford General Hospital, on Thursday August 13, 2009, a longtime resident of Paris, in his 90th year.
Ev was a strong and faithful member of the Paris Seventh Day Adventist Church, serving on many committees. He retired from the Willett Hospital after many years of service in many roles. He was active in his church and community, having received awards for his 25+ years of volunteerism.
Beloved husband to Florence (nee Morris); loved father to Gordon (Marie), cherished grandad to Ginger Pifher-Reuer (Bryan), loved brother to Ken and Albert (Marie). Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brother Harold.
Friends may call at the Wm. Kipp Funeral Home, 184 Grand River St N. Paris on Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM for Memorial Visitation. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 AM. Interment later Paris Cemetery.
