Banks, Helen “Rita” (nee Rattie)
Unexpected, at home, on Sunday, October 24, 2010, of Brantford and formerly of Paris, in her 77th year.
Wife of the late Wallace (2007); beloved mother to Barb Roesler (Ken), Helen Bailey (Butch), Mike (Darlene), Bill (Sheila), Cathy Mason (Doug), Carolyn Beaudette (Kim), and Robert; cherished grandma to several grandchildren and great grandchildren; dear sister to Ron, Bob, Dorothy, Ken, Jane, Joyce, Gladys, and Ann. Also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, James and Eva Rattie, her grand daughter Laurie (2010), a sister Barb, and a brother Ray.
Friends may call at the Wm. Kipp Funeral Home, 184 Grand River St. N. Paris, on Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM.. Parish prayers will be recited from the funeral home Wednesday at 8:45 PM. Morning prayers will be offered from the funeral home on Thursday at 10:30 AM followed by transfer to Sacred Heart RC Church for Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM with Father Michael Bennett Celebrant. Interment Burford Pioneer Cemetery.
