Life Story for Howard Isaac Stewart

STEWART - Howard
Peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital on Monday, April 2, 2007, following a brief illness and an eight year battle with Alzheimers; Howard Isaac Stewart of Paris, in his 82nd year. Howard was the dearly loved husband of Barbara (Perley); beloved Dad of Christine and Ron Cochrane, and Alan and LeeAnne Stewart; dear grandfather of Ian and Leah, Adam and Eric Cochrane, Andrew and Isaac Stewart; also survived by brother Lawrence (Renate) and sister-in-law Muriel Stewart; predeceased by his parents Elizabeth and Cornelius Stewart, brothers Gordon, Leslie, Russell, James and Neil, and sisters Marjorie Miller, Elaine Meggs, Hazel Bowman and Betty Harrison. A life long resident of Paris, Howard enjoyed golf and curling, being a Charter Member of the Paris Curling Club. At Howard’s request, cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the Wm. KIPP FUNERAL HOME, 184 Grand River Street North, Paris on Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday, April 5 from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Funeral service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Donations in Howard’s memory may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Brant or the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation.
