Birt, Ivan Leith –
Suddenly, at home in Ayr, on Monday February 10, 2014, formerly of Guelph, in his 62nd year.
Ivan was an employee of Toyota. He was an avid Motorcycle enthusiast who could fix anything.
Beloved husband to Betty; loved father to Jason (Stephanie), Brandon, Amy Oppermann (Paul), Joe LeBlanc, and Brandi MacMullin (Jon); cherished “pops” to David, Rachel, and Tyler; dear son to Elma Birt and the late Garth (2011); brother to Gordon (Heather), Al (Teri), Ed (Darlene), Phillip (Wavey) the late Gerry (Lynda) and Graham. He is also survived by his good friends Gwen and Ian, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He will be sadly missed by his four legged friends, Lucy, Ricky, Bill, Chloe, and Claire.
Cremation has taken place. A Celebration Gathering will be held at Ayr Chapel, Wm. Kipp Funeral Home, 183 Northumberland St. Ayr on Sunday February 16, 2014 from1-4 PM.
