Foulds, J. Douglas “Doug”
Peacefully, at Brantford General Hospital, on Tuesday February 4, 2014, a lifetime resident of Paris, on his 82nd year.
Doug was very involved with everything Paris; serving with the Paris Fire Department, Town Council, Paris P.U.C., Probus Club, Investment Club, Paris Fair Board, and the Paris Museum. He was also co-owner of Foulds Bros. Furniture.
Beloved husband to Dorothy “Doe” (nee Cole); loved dad to Lisa Foulds (Steven Blake); dear brother to Mike (Sandra) and Molly Cherry (Robert) and brother in law to Bernice Foulds. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Louis and Olive Foulds and a brother Richard.
Friends may call at the Wm. Kipp Funeral Home, 184 Grand River St. N. Paris, on Thursday February 6, 2014 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Funeral Services will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Friday 11:00 AM. Interment Paris Cemetery. Donations to Cancer Society, Parkinson Foundation, or Brantford General Hospital would be appreciated.
