Our condolences to the Mitchell family. I would see James quite often when I would drop off my daughter Vanessa at CAP. James would greet us with such a warm smile. I would get such a kick out of watching him fish with his little fishing pole and pond. He would be grinning from ear to ear. All of his friends at CAP miss him dearly.
