REHDER, James Ernest, in his 74th year
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Jim on Friday November 1, 2013 at the Dufferin Oaks Long Term Care Facility in Shelburne Ontario.

Jim, a voracious reader on any and all subjects, who would make friends with all he met, was raised in Paris Ontario, by his parents Martin and Mable. His later years spent on Long Point leave many cherished memories amongst all family members.

He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Elizabeth, his son Christopher (Debra) and daughter Susan (Carl Clarke), granddaughters Katrina and Cassandra, his sister Ruth Ann, sisters-in-law Kathleen Freeborn, Linda and Gordon Cochrane.

Jim will be sadly missed by all, and will always be remembered for his quick wit, sense of humour and caring and kind heart.

Cremation has taken place and as per his wishes there will be no service.

Donations to the Alzheimer’s Society of Ontario would be greatly appreciated
