Obituary for Jerry Mervin Watts

Watts, Jerry Mervin
Peacefully, at Woodstock General Hospital, on Tuesday January 21, 2014, in his 62nd year.
Beloved husband to Edna (nee Barker); loved dad to Valerie, Christine, and Donny; dear brother to Pat (Bob) Hasler, Ollie (Para), Cliff, Karilyn (Joe) Fields, Margaret Watts, and Barbara (Nick) Pirozzoli, and brother in law to Jack Barker, Marion Barker, Pat (Barry) Smith, Darlene Barker, Bill (Dana) Barker. Also survived by many nieces and nephews and his best friends Donny & Thelma Keeton. Also missed by his four legged friends Suzie and Mugsy. Predeceased by his parents; Cornelia (nee Koster) and Mervin “Barney” Watts.
Jerry was employed for many years with Massey Ferguson. He then became the owner operator of Watts Poultry, Burford. He was a longtime vendor at the Brantford and London Farmer Markets. Jerry was a very kind hearted man who loved people and animals; he loved family gatherings, competitive euchre and poker games, and fishing and his fish ponds.
Friends may call at the Wm. Kipp Funeral Home, 184 Grand River St. N. Paris on Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Funeral Services will be held in the funeral home chapel on Friday at 11:00 AM with Father Michael Bennett officiating. Interment following cremation Sacred Heart Cemetery, Paris.
