Beswick, John –
Peacefully, surrounded by his family, at Brantford General Hospital, on Saturday January 23, 2010, of Paris, and formerly of Port Rowan and Kitchener, in his 78th year.
John was a very outgoing “Character”, who was often referred to as the life of the party, he very much enjoyed his McDonald’s Morning coffee group. Most of all, he was a very dedicated family man.
Beloved husband to Doreen (nee Addley); loved dad to Terry (Holly), Wendy Harttrup (Frank) and Kim (Shaune Mienstra); cherished papa/poppy to Tyler, Lauren, Kurt, and Jacob, and great grandfather to Mason; dear brother to Anne Myers, Doris Domm (Stewart), Stella Hurst (Laverne), Alice Kroh (Adam) and brother in law Ralph Smith. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his parents Dora and Alex, son John in infancy, sister Mary Smith, brother Bill (Mary) and brother in-law Ralph Myers
Friends may call at the Wm. Kipp Funeral Home, 184 Grand River St. N. Paris on Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Funeral services to be held in the chapel on Wednesday at 11:00 AM. Interment Doon Presbyterian Cemetery. Kitchener.
