Obituary for John William Cline

CLINE, John William
Peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital, surrounded by the love of his family, on December 25th, 2012. Dear husband of the late Esther Cline (2011) and devoted father of Rod (Susan) Cline and the late Maureen McCulloch (1992) (Darrel McCulloch (2000). Much loved grandfather to Scott (Jennifer) McCulloch, Shelby McCulloch and Kyle Clark, Sean and Taylor Cline. Special great-grandfather to Landen McCulloch and Kyla Clark. Brother-in-law to Jean (Bob) Cline. Pre-deceased by sisters Mary (Roy) Warren of Glencoe and Jean (Harry) McKinnon of Paris; and brothers Bob (Jean) of Paris and Art (Dorothy) of Brantford. John was born in Burford Township on October 30th, 1924. He was a veteran of the Royal Canadian Air Force and proudly served his country in World War II. His career spanned 40 years with Cockshutt/White Farm Equipment in Brantford.
John will always be remembered as a caring and kind man. He had a unique sense of humor that always brought a smile to our faces. His modesty and humility made him the special person he was to all of us.
Friends may call at the WM. KIPP FUNERAL HOME, 184 Grand River St. N, in Paris on Sunday, December30th from 11:30 – 1:30pm. Funeral Service will follow at 1:30 pm.
