Peacefully, surrounded by his family, at Brantford General Hospital, on Wednesday December 26, 2007, a lifelong resident of Paris, in his 76th year. Beloved husband to the late Marg (2002) (nee Matthias), loved father to Paul (Nancy), Brian, Scott (Candy), and Christine Ivey (Richard), cherished grandfather to 9 great grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; dear brother to Fred & Russ Stewart. He will be missed by the extended Matthias family and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by several brothers and sisters. Friends may call at the Wm. Kipp Funeral Home, 184 Grand River St. N. Paris on Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Funeral Services to be held in the funeral home chapel on Monday at 11:00 AM with Father Stephen Hendry of St. James Anglican Church officiating.
