Life Story for Lloyd Brooks

Lloyd  Brooks
Passed away peacefully, at the Brantford General Hospital, on Friday December 7, 2007, in his 86th year. Lloyd was born in the Bethel Road area on Mar 7, 1922, his parents the late Morley and Ethel May Brooks, he continued to live in that area for many years.
Lloyd joined the RCAF in 1942 and served as aircrew unitl his discharge in 1945, he was employed by J.D. Adams and Wabco for 40 years retiring as traffic manager at the age of 63. He is survived by his cousins Howard Brooks (Irma) of Paris and Doris Martin (Edward) of Mississauga. Lloyd leaves behind many friends and neighbours and will be remembered by all who knew him. Predeceased by a brother Alan and cousins Enid Bray and Ralph Tippett. Friends may call at the Wm. Kipp Funeral Home, 184 Grand River St. N. Paris, on Sunday 2-4 PM and Monday 10-11 AM. Funeral Service to be held in the chapel on Monday at 11:00 AM with Rev. George Elson officiating. Private interment Paris Cemetery. Donations to the SPCA or Charity of Choice would be appreciated.
