Lorne Franklin  Hunt
Hunt, Lorne Franklin,
Peacefully, at Brantford General Hospital, on Sunday April 17, 2016, a longtime farmer of R#2 Paris, in his 95th year.
Beloved husband to the late Evelyn (nee Dickert-1998); loved father to Glenn (Brenda), Karen Lynn (Larry), Arlene Allardyce (Ralph), and Gary Hunt; Cherished grandfather to Paul and Brian (Kristin) Hunt, Scott (Tammy) and June Allardyce, Lindsey (Mathieu) MacAdam, Shane (Amy) and Kevin (Amanda) Hunt; great grandpa to Christopher, Logan and Kyla Hunt and Sophie, Isaac, and Ethan MacAdam.
Predeceased by his parents; Melville and Annie Hunt, a daughter Brenda Arlene in infancy and a brother Fred and his wife Marg.
Lorne was a former manager of the Ontario Pork Producers for 27 years in Burford. He was a long serving member of the Paris Agricultural Society and St. John’s Masonic Lodge Paris.
Friends may call at the Wm. Kipp Funeral Home, 184 Grand River St. N. Paris, on Wednesday April 20, 2016 from 2-4 & 7-9PM. Funeral Services will be held in the funeral home on Thursday at 1:30 PM. Interment Paris Plains Cemetery.
A Masonic Memorial Service will be held Wednesday at 6:30 PM under the auspices of St. John’s Lodge No. 82 Paris
