Obituary for M. Roy "Roy" Churchill
Churchill, Roy
Peacefully, surrounded by his family, at Brantford General Hospital, On Tuesday February 4, 2014, a longtime resident of Falkland, in his 73rd year.
Roy was a member of the Paris Agricultural Society. Before his retirement he drove truck for Wolverine Freight and he also cash cropped farmed in Brant County.
Beloved husband to Mary (Gillies) for 52 years; loved dad to Tracey (Shane), and Jason (Sandi); cherished “bumpy” to Alex, Grace and Lauren; dear brother Sandy & Bill O’Leary, Lavada & David King, and Arnold & Diane. Also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 29 (70 William St. Paris) on Sunday February 23, 2014 from 1-4 PM
Donations to Brant County SPCA would be appreciated.
