Condolence: Our deepest condolences for your loss. It was always a pleasure when we saw Mrs Gibson. She was always in tune with our lives and recalled what was going on in our lives and we always appreciated that. She will be missed.

Condolence: My father, Norm Herd, and I had the privilege and pleasure of visiting Mabel only a couple of weeks before she died. We spent an evening just chatting and sharing stories in her room at the home....she was wearing purple! Mabel and my mother, Wendy, worked together years ago at the Bank of Commerce in Ayr. Mabel was always a name in the household and a family friend as long as I can remember. She and my mother corresponded for years by old fashioned letter. Mom kept her in the family loop even though we lived on the east coast for a lot of those years. I am so pleased to have seen her one last time and enjoyed the time with her so much! I'm sure my Dad feels the same way. He very much enjoyed putting a smile on her face every time he saw her. We like to think that she and my Mom are sipping a cup of tea, in heaven, together. Wishing the entire Gibson family our condolences.

Condolence: My sincerest condolences. It was always such fun to be with Mabel - especially discussions of the latest potitical upheaval or escapades at Neilsons. I am sure she is now sharing a story or laugh with my mother Hilda.
