Barrie, Margaret “Peggy” (nee Minihane)
Suddenly, at home on Thursday September 5, 2013, in her 70th year.
Peggy was a 20 year employee of Penman’s where she was one of the first female Mechanics.
Beloved wife to the late William (1984); loved mother to the late Scott (2009), John (Cathy), Patricia Daiken, and Heather Barrie (Robert MacLeod); cherished “grandma dynamite” to Brittany, Amanda, Rick, Brian, and Tatum; and great grandchildren Ian and Alex, dear sister to Mary Kate Barrie-MacDonald, Patrick Minihane (Linda), Ruth Caskanette (Charles), and Annie Grosicki (the late Stephen). Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Michael and Olive; brothers, Bill, Michael, Jim, and Tom Minihane and a sister Arlene Minihane and a brother in law Graham Barrie and a nephew James Barrie.
Friends may call at the Wm. Kipp Funeral Home, 184 Grand River St. Paris on Monday 7-9 PM Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday at 2:00 PM. Interment Paris Cemetery
