Guthrie, Margaret Jean (nee Nash)
Peacefully and with grace, at Brantford General Hospital, on Monday June 22, 2009, a longtime resident of Paris, in her 91st year.
Margaret was blessed to remain in her own home until her recent illness; she was a longtime member of Paris Presbyterian Church. Beloved wife to the late William; loved step-mother to Muriel Ireland (George) of London, Mary Williams (Gary) of Ayr, and Noreen Jones (Bob) of Drumbo; cherished grandma to Susan, Robert, Colleen, William, Kim, Christine, Craig, and Jeff; dear aunt to David Lee (Linda), Jim Lee (Cheryl), Margaret Playle (David), Cathy Dunk (Bruce), Edith MacNinch (Larry), Walter Nash (Sandy), Donald Nash (Marilyn), Tom Nash (the late Sandy) and their respective families. Predeceased by her stepdaughter Carol, her sister Dorothy Lee (George), her brother Edgar Nash (Edith) and her parents Walter Nash and the former Charlotte Hicks.
Friends may call at the Wm. Kipp Funeral Home, 184 Grand River St. N. Paris, on Thursday June 25, 2009, from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Funeral Services to be held at Paris Presbyterian Church, 164 Grand River St. N. Paris on Friday at 11:00 AM, with Rev. Joel Sherbino officiating. Interment Paris Cemetery.
