MOORE, Mary (nee BISSEX) in her 96th year passed away on Dec. 26th peacefully at her home. Loving wife of William (Bill) MOORE who passed away in 2000. Predeceased by her parents Susan and David and siblings Connie and David.
Mother of Wayne & Wenda (SOLOMON) and Larry & Mary (PRINGLE). Beloved Grandmother of Heidi (James), Mindy, Lisa, Laura (Paul) and Ryan (Lauren). She will be deeply missed by her great grandchildren Emily, Jake, Luke, Grace, Sam and Cohan.
Mary and Bill, until his death, were an inseparable couple. They looked at each day as a new challenge and loved the opportunity to explore. Mom was a remarkable woman who took it upon herself to improve the lives of those around her. She was devoted to her family and continually searched for ways to give her assistance and advice to all. She was an inspiration at Telfer Place in Paris where she was active on the Resident’s Council, organized the library and sought out new adventures for the residents. She will be remembered by family and friends.
Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Mary’s life will be held at the Wm. KIPP Funeral Home, 184 Grand River St. N. Paris ON. on Saturday January 9, 2016 at 11.00 AM. Friends may gather from 10-11 AM
