DUNCAN – Norma Eleanor (nee Martin)
Peacefully at her residence in Orillia on Monday December 15, 2014; formerly a longtime resident of St. George, in her 86th year. Norma enjoyed her 31 years of employment at the office of Dr. J.W. Weldhen, gardening and her passion of oil painting. She was predeceased by her first husband Charlie Duncan in 1972; her second husband Raymond Dinsmore in 2013; her parents Jessie (Silverthorne) and Edward Martin; her siblings Claude Martin, Leona Carney, Marjorie Hammond, Lois Barras and Verna Martin; her grandson Brian Duncan and her son-in-law Alistair Springall. She is survived by her children Carol Springall, Joan (Jason Clarke), Paul (Beth Arnald), and David; her grandchildren Charlie, Lisa, Vickie, Julie, Jacob, Stephanie, Amber and Alexander; and her great grandchildren Jack, Hudsen, Jacob, Shane, Alicia, Sean, Desmond and Piper; and her siblings Irene Clausen, Joyce Ridge and Edward Martin. Also surviving are Raymond’s children Fred, Cynthia and Danny; his grandchildren John, Laurie, Keith, Cassandra, Meaghan and Jessica; and his great grandchildren Julia, Matthew, Tristan and Keldan. Friends will be received at the Wm. KIPP FUNERAL HOME, 184 Grand River Street North, Paris on Thursday December 18 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. when a service celebrating her life will begin.
