Dear Tom, Mary Ann, Sarah, Kate, and Jack: We send our sympathies out to all of you and your families. Pat was a wonderful neighbour. She was always out in her garden, planting, watering, and dreaming. We always enjoyed talking with her. She had a ready smile for everyone. We have not been over to your home as we did not wish to intrude on your time together. Jay is not able to attend the memorial, but I will be there. I'm so grateful to have flowers in the garden that she grew herself and shared with us. It will be nice to have that reminder of the warm and friendly person that she was to everyone.
